Surprise

Just before the end of last month, my company declared a one-time bonus for all staff. It is not because my company made money last FY, but a form of market adjustment, probably the market outside was doing very good last FY. Haha, this amount came in just the right time; my family and i have booked a Hokkaido package on early july and it is now paid for! yeah! But dear is not able to go with me this time. It ok la dear, we shall go elsewhere together next time!

My boss (different boss as mentioned in the previous post; haha, different project mah) was chatting with me and another colleague over lunch. I sort of reflected my difficulties and problems to him and he shared his experience with us when he just came in that long time ago. It's true that effort must be put in order to achieve. Nothing is too hard if you willing to put in ur heart and soul. He told us how he worked hard as a newbie. The industry i am in now is very, very knowledge base. Can't do by just knowing bits and pieces and trying to scrap through.

So now, i can't really make up my mind, whether to stay and put in everything. Maybe i should to see if it works well anot. If i don't step out, i will never know. But somehow something is holding me back. So technical, is that what i want in my life?
