Another Sunday afternoon
Weekends are precious for working people. It is always very short; 2 out of 7 days nia, where got enough?! But then again, nothing very special during my weekends, nothing happening too.
Saturdays are usually for my dear. It is the only one day of the week which we can spend one whole day together, lunch, shopping, walking around, watching movie (online ones, opps!) at my house, sometimes napping, dinner then sending her home. We try avoid going town during weekends; we don't really like crowd. Furthermore, we always meet at city hall area for dinner after work 1-2 times during the 5 working days.
Sundays are usually for myself. Personal time! Haha, i will usually sleep until 12 noon and half a day is gone. Then take my time eating 'brunch' (breakfast + lunch), reading newspaper over a cup of tea, listening to yes933, online surfing or blogging, jogging in the evening at times.
You guys may wonder "how about my friends? No time for them??" Seriously, friends of my age all started working, each leading or busying with their own lives. Unless someone bother to organise, gatherings can say hard to come by. For me, haha, i seldom organise outings. I must admit i do not have wide social circle, not having that many friends to have different outings. I guess when one start working, it will be hard to keep every friend in contact. Its a lot of effort. Usually only the closer ones are keep within the loop, meeting occasionally for updates, chatting over msn etc. Guess life as a singaporean is fast-paced and of course, busy. Before you realise it, "Ya hor, so long never see this friend A le, wondering how is he/she doing."
Think i need to organise one to meet up with 2 of my primary school friends. Well, they are the only 2 in contact until now for over 10years.
